Our growing distribution company is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our domestic sales operations. The ideal candidate understands what drives customer decisions and can tap into those motivations with tailored sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-ground support to customers and identify needs to offer appropriate product solutions
• Meet regularly with customers to understand and address evolving business requirements
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue
• Drive product specification and visibility within relevant government organizations
• Maintain detailed reports on daily field sales activities and communicate performance to senior management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3–4 years of proven B2B sales experience
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding performance metrics
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally (3–4 days/month)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33,333.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
