Job Summary:
Tathastu Resorts is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive – B2B & Corporate Sales to drive business growth through partnerships with corporates, travel agents, event organizers and other institutional clients. This role involves managing inbound corporate inquiries, handling group booking queries and closing high-value deals that contribute to occupancy and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle B2B and corporate booking inquiries through calls, emails and meetings.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agencies, MICE planners and B2B partners.● Identify potential business clients and generate leads through market research, networking and cold outreach.● Present and promote resort offerings, group packages, off-site options and customized experiences.● Negotiate and close corporate bookings, group stays and event-related deals.● Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for confirmations, payments and feedback.● Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, bookings and pipeline updates in the CRM/reservation system.● Represent Tathastu Resorts at trade shows, corporate meetings and networking events when required.● Coordinate with resort operations, events and front office teams for seamless client experiences.
Requirements
● 2+ years of experience in B2B or corporate sales within the hospitality/travel industry.
● Strong network of corporate and institutional clients preferred.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Professional behavior with the ability to build rapport and trust.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
● Willingness to travel for meetings and client visits as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
