Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Development & Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Drive volume growth by expanding business in the assigned territory and ensuring consistent order flow.
  • Identify and onboard new

    dealers, distributors, and retailers

    to strengthen market coverage.
  • Maintain minimum stock levels at distributor/depot level to ensure smooth product availability.

Market Expansion & Customer Engagement

  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, retailers, and mechanics.
  • Conduct field visits to promote Lubigen products, understand market needs, and gather feedback.
  • Support and participate in mechanic engagement programs, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into profitable partnerships.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute

    local area promotions, roadshows, and branding activities.

  • Implement cost-effective marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share real-time market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    0-2 years of relevant sales experience in the

    automotive lubricants

    or

    FMCG/B2C distribution

    segment.
  • Proven track record in building and managing

    dealer/distributor networks

    and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of

    market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
