Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Development & Target Achievement

Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive volume growth by expanding business in the assigned territory and ensuring consistent order flow.
Identify and onboard new
dealers, distributors, and retailers
to strengthen market coverage.
Maintain minimum stock levels at distributor/depot level to ensure smooth product availability.

Market Expansion & Customer Engagement

Establish and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, retailers, and mechanics.
Conduct field visits to promote Lubigen products, understand market needs, and gather feedback.
Support and participate in mechanic engagement programs, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
Generate new business leads and convert them into profitable partnerships.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute
local area promotions, roadshows, and branding activities.
Implement cost-effective marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and awareness.
Monitor competitor activities and share real-time market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience:
0-2 years of relevant sales experience in the
automotive lubricants
or
FMCG/B2C distribution
segment.
Proven track record in building and managing
dealer/distributor networks
and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of
market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
