Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Executive. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in sales and customer engagement. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce company products/services.
•
Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
•
Support senior sales executives with proposal creation, quotations, and client communication.
•
Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
•
Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
•
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
•
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and local language.
•
Good interpersonal skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
•
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
