The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in recruitment or service-based industries. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a proactive attitude and a passion for sales.
