Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive & Area Sales Manager. The role is on-site and located in Belgaum. The Sales Executive & Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing and implementing sales strategies. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the product development team to address customer needs and feedback.

• Skills in Sales Management, Sales Operations, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in conducting Market Research and developing Sales Strategies
• Proficiency in preparing Sales Reports and coordinating with other teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the construction chemical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
