Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through various online and offline channels.Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services.Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations to convert prospects into clients.Maintain and update CRM with client data, pipeline, and follow-ups.Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Any graduate (BBA/B.Com/B.Tech or relevant fields preferred)Experience: 01 year (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)Languages: Proficient in Kannada, English & Hindi (Both verbal and written)Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a teamGoal-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
