Sales Executive For Anytime Fitness

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members along with other income(WLP, Corporate sales, PT training, Nutrition Program)

● Responsible for having complete Product, Pricing and Promotion knowledge for the Gym membership sales.

● Responsible for maintaining Fitness Consultant planner using established sales systems.

● Responsible for Referral Program, Up selling, and cross selling.

● Responsible for entering all details of customers, walks ins, customer enquiry etc in the GDM Software.

● Responsible for making courtesy calls to all new members to maintain relationships and ensure the members are regular in using the gym.

● Welcome visitors and members to the club, answer phones and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks

● Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins

● Maintain long-term clientele and grow the club’s membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service

● Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the club

● Handle members' issues professionally and objectively, to resolve them through exceptional customer service

Desired Candidate Profile:

● Should be presentable.

● Have good command over English and Hindi Language.

● Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate
