Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead generation and client engagement:
Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Product demonstration and presentation:
Meet with prospective and existing customers virtually or in person to present products or services and explain their benefits.
Sales negotiation and closing:
Negotiate pricing and terms, prepare sales agreements, and close deals to achieve sales quotas.
Client relationship management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, handle their inquiries, and resolve complaints.
Sales strategy and reporting:
Develop and execute sales strategies, track progress using CRM software, and prepare regular sales performance reports.
Market and competitor analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay competitive.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams, such as marketing and technical departments, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Event participation:
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to build brand visibility.

Qualifications and skills

Proven term insurance sales experience is mandatory
.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency with CRM and other sales software.
Familiarity with the sales process and dynamics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
