Sales Executive and Product Sales Manager

As a Research and Marketing Specialist at our company, your main responsibilities will include conducting research to define targeted customer segments and identifying the key values that influence their buying behavior. You will be required to plan and develop marketing strategies tailored to these customer segments. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in training and leading the primary sales team to enhance our product selling strategy. Your duties will also involve planning and executing customer engagement activities such as advertising, direct marketing, and participation in trade shows/public events. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the customer experience aligns with our brand image and strategy, while also gaining valuable market insights to shape our marketing campaigns and tactics. To drive sales growth, you will actively engage with end users and focus on maximizing consumable pullthrough. Furthermore, you will be expected to plan, forecast, and achieve objectives, key performance indicators, and revenue targets for the business unit you oversee. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a B. Tech/Master of Science/Ph.D. degree, preferably in Life Sciences or Allied Medical Disciplines, along with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, particularly in lab instruments. Candidates with lab experience will be given additional consideration. A strong knowledge of relevant markets and competitors" landscape is essential, as well as excellent communication skills at all business levels.
