Sales Executive Aluminium Flat Rolled Products

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

     Search for and compile lead lists through platforms such as LinkedIn, IndiaMart, trade directories, and market research.

  • Cold Outreach:

     Proactively contact leads via cold calls, emails, social media, online meetings, and in-person visits to introduce the company and product range.

  • Sales Conversion:

     Generate inquiries and nurture leads with the objective of closing orders.

  • Internal Coordination:

Accounts Team

Plant Team

  • Sales Targets:

     Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

  • Market Research:

     Continuously identify new regions, segments, and customer categories with potential demand.

  • Customer Follow-up & Order Lifecycle Tracking:

     Ensure timely follow-ups and oversee the full sales cycle from inquiry to dispatch, including after-sales support.

  • Sales Reporting & CRM Usage:

     Maintain detailed sales reports and lead pipelines using Google Sheets or CRM tools; track communication and follow-up status diligently.

  • Travel Readiness:

     Be willing to travel occasionally for customer meetings, trade shows, or field visits.

  • Negotiation & Pricing Awareness:

     Understand pricing dynamics related to aluminium rates, negotiate within given margins, and manage discussions on MOQs, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

     Minimum undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Management, Administration, or Engineering.

  • Experience:

     Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B/industrial sales experience. Experience in metals, manufacturing, or industrial products is a plus.

  • Technical Skills:

Proficient with Google Sheets, LinkedIn, IndiaMart, email tools, and CRM systems (if applicable).

Capable of creating and maintaining structured lead and follow-up databases.

  • Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to write grammatically correct and professional emails and messages.

  • Soft Skills:

     Self-motivated, persistent, organized, and willing to travel when required.
