Sales Executive - Agri Machinery

As a Sales Executive at BGM GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling innovative Agricultural Machinery and Irrigation Products to farmers, dealers, and agri-businesses. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, providing product demonstrations, and collecting customer feedback to improve offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell a wide range of agricultural machinery, including irrigation products, tractors, harvesters, and implements to target customers. - Identify potential clients through field visits, exhibitions, and local networking activities. - Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and channel partners to drive sales growth. - Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by the company. - Conduct product demonstrations and offer technical assistance to customers as needed. - Gather and communicate customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market analysis to the management team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience in agricultural machinery sales or rural/agri sales would be advantageous. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. - Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to sales. - Willingness to travel extensively in rural and semi-urban areas. - Basic understanding of farming practices and agricultural equipment is required. - Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory. - Male candidates are preferred for this role.
