Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves both B2B and B2C sales, with opportunities to work with corporate wellness programs, retail outlets, and direct consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers, including corporates, wellness stores, and direct consumers.
• Promote and sell Aellam LifeSciences' herbal teas and wellness products through effective sales strategies.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and orders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the wellness, FMCG, or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and market expansion.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
