We bring adrenaline-seekers closer to unique experiences, and we’re looking for a passionate Sales Executive to help more people discover their next thrill.

This role is ideal for someone who is adventurous at heart, understands the travel industry, and loves connecting people with unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
• Handle inbound leads from customers and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Build strong relationships with adventure activity providers, travel agents, and clients.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales and lead data.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on adventure travel trends and contribute ideas for growth campaigns.
• Represent Thrill Vista at industry events, trade shows, or adventure sports hubs (as needed).

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in travel/tourism sales (adventure sports or experiential travel preferred).
• Proven track record in lead generation and sales conversions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales.
• Passion for travel, adventure, and outdoor experiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
