We are looking for a result-oriented Sales & Collection Executive (Dealer Sales Officer) who will drive B2B dealer sales, new outlet expansion, and timely collection of payments in the Nagpur region. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in consumer durables, electronics, FMCG, or distribution sales. Key Responsibilities • Achieve monthly sales targets for Voltas ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, and other appliances. • Manage existing dealer relationships and ensure repeat billing. • Open new counters and expand the dealer network across assigned territory. • Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers as per company credit policy. • Share competitor schemes, pricing, and market intelligence weekly. • Submit daily/weekly sales and collection reports. Candidate Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer durables / FMCG / channel sales. • Strong communication and relationship management skills. • Ability to handle sales pressure + collection discipline. • Own two-wheeler and smartphone is mandatory. • Local candidates (Nagpur region) preferred. Compensation & Benefits • Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience). • Incentives: Linked to billing + collections. • Fuel & mobile allowance. • Growth path to Area Sales Manager for high performers. Shift time - 10am - 8pm week off - Sunday
