Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to generate leads, visit clients, and achieve monthly sales targets. You will play a crucial role in building customer relationships and driving revenue growth for the company. Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers and generate new business leads in the assigned territory Visit dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and retail customers to promote company products Understand customer needs, provide product information, and share quotations Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure timely payment collection Maintain records of client visits, inquiries, leads, and follow-ups Coordinate with store, dispatch, accounts, and management for smooth order execution Develop strong relationships with influencers like plumbers, consultants, and channel partners Ensure proper display and branding at dealer counters (if applicable) Report daily activities, market intelligence, and competitor updates to management Required Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Basic understanding of sales process, product pitching, and follow-up discipline Comfortable with field visits and travel within assigned area Knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp / Google Maps for reporting and route planning Self-motivated, target-driven, and responsible Experience Minimum 1–3 years experience in field sales (preferably in building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, pipes & fittings, hardware, or related industry) (Fresher with strong communication and interest in field sales may be considered) Who Can Apply Candidates who enjoy meeting customers, building relationships, and closing sales Individuals who can achieve sales targets and manage follow-ups professionally Those residing near or willing to work in the assigned territory Why Join Us Opportunity to work with fast-growing brands and leading industry products Attractive incentive structure based on performance Friendly and professional work environment Growth opportunities for high-performing candidates
