Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.
Conduct consultative calls with parents to understand their childs educational goals and recommend suitable curriculum options.
Present the 21K School offerings effectively, explaining Indian and British curriculum programs.
Guide families through the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
Maintain accurate and updated lead information in CRM tools for seamless tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by managing pipelines efficiently.
Gather and share feedback from parents to help improve the sales process and school offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in
EdTech sales, academic counselling, or related fields
.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
in English (both verbal and written).
Strong
interpersonal and customer-facing skills
with an enthusiastic, empathetic, and persuasive personality.
Proven
negotiation and closing skills
to convert prospective leads into enrollments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
and familiarity with
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for data and pipeline management.
Must have their own
personal laptop
for work.
