Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive – Channel Partner to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with leads generated through our channel partner network, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable property options, coordinating site visits, and closing sales deals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, real estate knowledge, and a high degree of ownership. Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with leads generated through channel partners. Understand the client's property requirements (budget, location, type, amenities, etc.). Present and explain appropriate real estate options that match client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Coordinate and plan site visits; accompany clients during visits when necessary. Provide detailed and accurate information about properties, pricing, and legal documentation. Follow up consistently with leads to nurture interest and drive closure. Maintain records of interactions, site visits, and sales pipeline on CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams for availability, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred). 0-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or channel sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven with a passion for sales and customer service. Good understanding of local real estate market trends is an advantage. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (as needed for client meetings or site visits). Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
