Job Summary:

  • Looking for an In-house sales executive with experience in selling healthcare or medical products or services. Responsibilities include selling vaccinations to walk-in customers and achieving assigned sales targets.

Duties Of In-House Sales executive:

  • Make sales presentations.

    They engage with potential customers to demonstrate the features and benefits of products and services and persuade them to purchase.
  • Negotiate deals.

    In House sales executives work with customers to identify pricing and payment options that meet their requirements and align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with team members.

    Working closely with marketing and other professionals helps executives in sales develop and implement strategies and achieve their targets consistently.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge.

    Staying up-to-date about products and services involves being familiar with their key features, benefits and competitors to inform potential customers.
  • Qualify leads.

    They determine which leads are most likely to become customers by evaluating their needs and budget and assessing interest in the products or services they sell.

Skills Required for In-House sales Executive:

  • Excellent communication:

    Inside sales executives have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with potential customers and other members of the sales team.
  • Active listening:

    They listen carefully to customer needs and concerns and respond appropriately, building rapport and trust with customers.
  • Sales abilities:

    They have a strong understanding of sales techniques, including prospecting, qualifying leads and closing deals.
  • Attention to detail:

    Inside sales executives typically pay close attention to details, ensuring that customer information and sales data are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Adaptability:

    In inside sales, you may benefit from an ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions, adjusting your sales strategies when required.
  • Teamwork:

    Inside sales executives work effectively as part of a sales team, collaborating with other members to achieve sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Life science background / B-PHARMA /MBA / MHA/ MHM/Dietetics/ Any other Dietician Background / BSC-Nursing
  • 1-4 years Years of sales experience in Health care/Medical/ Retail/ Beauty & Wellness/ Pharma Background. (Note: Freshers with Excellent communication can also apply
