As a Sales Consultant at our showroom, your primary responsibility will be engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and assistance throughout their vehicle purchase journey. You will greet and assist customers, conduct needs analysis, present vehicle features, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Additionally, you will guide customers through the sales process, negotiate prices, prepare sales contracts, and follow up on leads to convert prospects into sales. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is key to this role, as is ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service both during and after the sale. You will be expected to have a thorough understanding of our vehicle models, features, and specifications, as well as staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. In terms of administrative tasks, you will be responsible for completing sales reports accurately, managing customer databases, and assisting with showroom displays and inventory management. Collaboration with other sales team members and dealership staff, as well as liaising with the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience, is also a crucial aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven sales experience, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. Strong organizational and computer skills are necessary, along with a valid driving license for test drives and vehicle demonstrations. Key performance indicators for this role include achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking sales volume and revenue, measuring customer satisfaction, and monitoring the closing rate of leads converted into sales.
