Job Description

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients or markets to generate new business leads.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to create interest and schedule meetings.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
  • Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet those needs effectively.
  • Sales Negotiation:
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in line with the company's overall goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer needs and market demands.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics and achievements.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
