Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer needs and market demands. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts. Provide regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics and achievements. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
