Job Title: Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Services. Location: Okhla Phase-1, New Delhi Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Company Overview: Growhype is a dynamic and rapidly expanding digital marketing agency offering tailored solutions in Website Development, SEO, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Advertising, and Google Ads. We work with clients across India and internationally to help them scale their online presence. As part of our growth, we are looking to onboard enthusiastic Sales Executives who can contribute to our client acquisition efforts. Roles and Responsibilities: · Generate leads and connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media. · Present and promote our digital marketing services including website development, SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. · Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate service packages. · Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery and client onboarding. · Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. · Update daily activities and client information in the CRM system. · Consistently work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Key Skills Required: · Strong verbal and written communication in both Hindi and English. · Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (training will be provided). · Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality. · Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales is an added advantage. · Must own a laptop for daily work requirements.
