Your Role at a Glance

As our Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of business growth, responsible for:

• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients — both existing and new
• Spotting business opportunities through smart market research and competitor analysis
• Driving revenue by meeting (and exceeding!) monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Collaborating with marketing and product teams to craft impactful, tailored sales strategies
• Reporting on performance and sharing actionable insights
• Following up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution
• Representing our brand at events, meetings, and networking opportunities
• Collecting client feedback to continuously enhance our offerings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of proven experience in a sales or client-facing role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Office tools
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
