Roles of a Sales Executive

• Act as the key link between the company and customers.
• Promote and sell products or services to existing and potential clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
• Support the sales manager in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities of a Sales Executive

• Business Development
• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, networking, and market research.
• Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Sales & Revenue Generation
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Market Research & Analysis
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
• Team & Collaboration
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and strategy sessions.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
