Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves converting online leads into enrollments, conducting offline and online prospecting, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads and convert them into enrollments through calls, emails, and meetings.
Conduct offline prospecting activities, including visits, events, and outreach to generate new leads.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
Build strong client relationships and provide accurate information about our language and cultural programs.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Represent Awaywegoo professionally during external meetings and events.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
