Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintaining office cleanliness and organization, including pantry and meeting rooms. Serving tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests. Running errands within and outside the office, such as collecting or delivering documents. Assisting in photocopying, filing, and basic office documentation as needed. Monitoring and replenishing office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.). Supporting in simple maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, fixing chairs, or coordinating with technicians for repairs. Assisting with setting up meeting rooms for client visits or internal meetings. Coordinating with vendors for office essentials and supplies. Adhering to health and safety guidelines while performing all tasks. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum high school education or equivalent. Prior experience as an office boy or similar role preferred. Basic understanding of office equipment and supplies. Good physical stamina and fitness for routine tasks. Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and behavior. Basic communication skills in [language, e.g., English/Hindi]. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Weekend availability Weekend only Work Location: In person
