Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

General Office Support
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff, faculty, and guests.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and distribution of documents as required.
Deliver files, letters, and documents within departments.
Assist in preparing and setting up meeting rooms.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of office areas, staff rooms, and common areas.
Ensure proper hygiene in washrooms and pantry areas.
Handle dusting, sweeping, and mopping of office premises.
Messenger Duties
Take care of inward and outward mail, couriers, and parcels.
Deliver official documents to banks, government offices, or other institutions when required.
Support in College Activities
Assist in classroom/office arrangements during events, meetings, or examinations.
Help in shifting furniture, arranging chairs, and handling basic event setups.
Provide support to faculty and administrative staff for smooth functioning.
Other Duties
Ensure adequate stock of housekeeping materials.
Assist in small errands like purchasing office supplies and stationery.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Principal/Administrative Officer.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Minimum 10th Pass (or equivalent).
Prior experience as Office Boy/Peon preferred.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (photocopier, scanner, etc.).
Polite, punctual, and disciplined.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
