Sales Engineer/Sr.Engineer - Industrial Air Division - Andhra

Your role will be as a Sales candidate within the Industrial Air Division of Compressor Technique, where you will be responsible for achieving annual targets and defining forecasts aligned with the IAT Divisional Strategy. Your main focus will be on the Andhra territory, ensuring full coverage of customers and distributors. You are expected to work independently in your assigned territory, identifying new customers for the Industrial Air range of products. Meeting existing customers to understand their current and future requirements is essential for maintaining customer share. Collaboration with dealers in the territory is crucial to achieve sales objectives, including adding new distribution channels based on market potential per IAT divisional strategy. Developing relationships and networking with OEM, EPC contractors, and consultants to promote Industrial Air division products is a key aspect of your role. Conducting product presentations for various customer types will be part of your responsibilities. Market share growth, understanding commercial terms and conditions, and reporting through SAP based C4C are also important tasks. You should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience with good knowledge of compressed air solutions. Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems are required. A B.E or Masters degree in business would be advantageous.
