Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, located in Ahmedabad with some work from home options. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer relationships, understanding client needs, and actively participating in sales activities. The role requires regular interaction with clients, developing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

• Technical Support and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the refrigeration or cold chain industry is a plus
