In the role of Sales Engineer, which is a full-time on-site position based in Raipur / Korba, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise to clients. Your responsibilities will include maintaining strong communication with customers, contributing to the sales process, understanding client requirements, offering professional advice, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, along with strong communication and sales skills. Your ability to deliver excellent customer service will be essential in building and maintaining relationships with our customer base. While a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, having 3-4 years of experience in OTR tyre sales and working with a customer base will be advantageous.
