Job Description

As a Sales Engineering Lead at EvoluteIQ, your role will involve driving pre-sales and sales engineering activities for enterprise customers adopting the EIQ platform. You will need to have a deep understanding of automation platforms such as process orchestration, generative AI, machine learning, RPA, and event-driven architecture. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading all technical pre-sales engagements for new opportunities, from discovery to proposal creation and proof-of-concept delivery. - Collaborating with business, sales, and technical teams to understand customer objectives and expand solution footprints. - Translating business objectives into technical architectures and solution proposals that clearly articulate value, ROI, and platform differentiation. - Designing and delivering customized product demonstrations, solution architectures, and joint proof-of-concepts. - Coordinating partner enablement workshops and providing ongoing knowledge transfer. - Identifying and shaping new Agentic Automation use cases leveraging AI, ML, RPA, and orchestration. - Acting as a technical liaison between product, engineering, and partner management teams. - Building reusable demo assets, templates, and solution accelerators. - Tracking and reporting solution adoption, client enablement progress, and pre-sales pipeline metrics. - Supporting RFI/RFP responses, value assessments, and ROI articulation. - Contributing to thought leadership, webinars, and industry events. In terms of required skills and experience, you should have: - 8-10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting for enterprise software, automation, or AI-driven platforms. - Hands-on knowledge of process automation, AI/ML, data integration, API orchestration, or low-code/no-code environments. - Experience collaborating with global channel partners, system integrators, or technology alliances. - Familiarity with BPM, LCAP, automation stacks, and cloud platforms. - Ability to connect technical capabilities with business outcomes and present to C-suite stakeholders. - Strong communication, executive presentation, and solution storytelling abilities. - Strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence joint go-to-market initiatives. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred but not mandatory.,
