Sales Engineer/Application Engineer Job Description Digital Control Incorporated, global market leader in our space, manufactures the most technologically advanced Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) locating and tracking system in the market, backed by extraordinary customer service. HDD technologies are used to install underground utilities, such as fiber optics, power, gas, sewer and water with minimal environmental impact. DCI products are designed and manufactured at DCI Headquarters in the state of Washington, USA. Overseas sales and customer service are provided through dedicated offices in Australia, China, Germany, India and Philippines. Location: Delhi NCR, Kishangarh(Rajasthan) Job Responsibilities: • Supporting sales with demonstration, customer meets, undertaking site surveys and providing technical solution to both existing and potential customers. • Electronics troubleshooting, Repair and maintenance and preparing record of the same. • Coordinating with resellers for service support and timely warranty registrations. • Planning and prioritising personal sales activities towards achieving business targets on regular basis. • Gather competitive information and market intelligence. • Maintaining regular contact with all customers especially key accounts. • Developing and maintaining good customer relationships at all levels within area and ensuring an excellent standard of after sales service is provided. • Supporting sales through effective provision of trip reports and compiling monthly activity reports. Desired Candidate Profile: • Bachelors Degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil Engineering) • Proficient in written and spoken English as well as native language. • Working experience in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word. • Passion for the sales process and a desire to develop excellent relationship with our customers. • Ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance and supervision. • Flexible, adaptable & willing to travel to remote site locations 50% of the time.
