Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer specializing in Water and Waste Water Treatment systems, based in Salcette. The role involves working both on-site and remotely, depending on business requirements. The Sales Engineer will identify and engage potential clients, provide technical consultation and solutions, prepare proposals, and assist customers with product selection. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure project execution and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to provide effective solutions and ensure optimal system implementation.
• Excellent Sales and Communication skills to engage with clients, explain technical concepts clearly, and foster long-term customer relationships.
• Customer Service expertise to address client inquiries, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service.
• Relevant technical knowledge in water and wastewater treatment systems is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with a hybrid work model.
