Job Description

Roles & responsibilities:

· Responsible for handle existing customers through daily customer visit.

· Responsible to provide appropriate product recommendation against customer specification.

· Take care of all correspondence related to samples and finding technical solutions.

· Meet assigned revenue targets by generating business from new and existing clients.

· Promote the company product range using dedicated promotion tools.

· Responsible for business development & analysis competitor strategies.

· Ensure company presence on customer site.

· Maintain the good relation with customers and take care of customer satisfaction with loyalty, honesty and ethics.

· Communicate the status of opportunities, clearly articulate next steps and discuss potential risks with the wider sales and account management team in the weekly meeting.

· Monitor competitor activity and new developments.

Education Qualification:

· B. Tech / B.E. - Mechanical, Production / Industrial Engineer.

· With minimum of 4 years industrial sales experience.

· Good knowledge of fasteners industry along with a familiarity with the market environment is preferred.

  • · Product knowledge and Industry experience, Strong oral and written communication skills, Motivational skills, Results-oriented.
