Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Engineer role based in Meerut, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring technical alignment with client requirements. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers, collaborating with internal teams to address technical inquiries, and supporting the sales process to drive growth. Qualifications

Relevant experience in Sales Engineering and providing Technical Support
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proven ability in Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
Experience in safety solutions, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus
