Job description Experience – 3+ years Job Location – Thane, Maharashtra Responsibilities: · Search for new customers to maximize client potential in designated regions · Travelling to visit potential customers for sales and business development · Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements · Using technical skills to persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery · Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and marketing techniques · Offer after-sales support services · Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management · Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems · Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts · Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed · Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects · Submit daily report of customer visits to the sales back office · Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events · Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products Requirements: · BE / Diploma Engineering; certification in sales will be an asset · Preferably experience in selling textile / capital machinery · Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales · Negotiation and problem-solving skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Experience in handling and attending customer service calls · Keen to travel · Good computer skills (MS Office) · Proficiency in English · Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for details · A team player with high level of dedication Job Type: Full-time Salary: From ₹25,000/- - 40,000/- per month Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Current In Hand Salary : Notice Period : Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 3 years (Preferred) Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
