Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer, your core duties will include:

• Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions that align with business requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical sales proposals and product demonstrations.
• Participate in sales presentations, customer meetings, and follow-ups to drive successful conversions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing queries and offering reliable support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and providing guidance on product applications.
• Track sales activities and contribute to achieving team targets.

Preferred Skills

• Educational Qualification:

  Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical discipline.

• Experience:

  3–5 years in sales engineering or technical sales (textile industry experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of sales processes and technical product features.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyse customer needs and offer effective solutions.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering value.
