Sales Engineer (SOLAR)

Job Description: As a Sales Engineer/Manager at the Solar Engineering company in Kottayam/Kochi, you will be responsible for technical sales and marketing activities with a focus on Solar Projects. Your role will involve team management, negotiation, client handling, and effective communication skills for both B2B and B2C marketing/sales. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth - Utilize negotiation skills to secure deals and contracts with clients - Handle client relationships and address any concerns or queries promptly - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders - Implement marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C markets Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in technical sales or marketing - Prior experience in sales/marketing of Solar Projects is preferred - Strong team management skills - Excellent negotiation abilities - Good communication skills for effective client interactions - Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing/sales techniques Please note that the job is full-time and requires in-person work at the Kottayam/Kochi location.
