Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and offer solutions to meet their requirements. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining products or services to customers, collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements, and providing customer service to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves developing long-term relationships with clients, managing and interpreting their requirements, and providing pre- and post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
