Sales Engineer- Patna

**Job Description** As a Sales and Relationship Management professional at the organization in Patna, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and selling company products and services in the assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving New Business and Shipment of machines in-line with AOP target of the year. - Implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and managing existing customer relationships. - Accessing market and competitor's movements to establish relationships with dormant and competitor's customers. - Collaborating with sales, IT, and finance teams to create and maintain reporting requirements for accurate and timely data. - Developing, planning, and conducting training on techniques for selling the organization's products and/or services. - Managing your workload efficiently with periodic guidance under moderate supervision. **Qualifications Required** - Must possess a full-time BE/ B-Tech degree with 5 - 6 years" experience in Equipment sales and relationship management. - Knowledge in Equipment sales, preferably from the Plastic Industry, is preferred. **About the Company** Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution, and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry.
