Duties

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support by addressing technical inquiries and developing proposals.
• Assist in project management by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and provide insights on how our products can meet their needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective communication of product features and benefits.

Skills

• Proficiency in computer networking concepts and technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and VMware.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Bash (Unix shell).
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
• Proven experience in pre-sales activities and technical sales processes.
• Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex technical information clearly.
