Job Description

You will be responsible for driving business growth in LV Switchgear and Panel Products as an Area Sales Professional at Siemens Ltd. in Bengaluru. Your role will involve developing and growing business from existing customers, new prospects, and competitor accounts. You will promote the complete range of LV switchgear and panel products, manage the entire sales cycle, deliver product presentations, and maintain structured sales processes. Building and sustaining strong relationships with key customers and monitoring market trends will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and grow business from existing customers, new prospects, and competitor accounts. - Promote the complete range of LV switchgear and panel products. - Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, product selection and design, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order finalization. - Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and seminars to educate customers on Siemens solutions. - Maintain structured sales processes including planning, visit reporting, and timely order booking. - Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers to ensure high satisfaction levels. - Monitor market trends and provide insights into competitor activities and developments. - Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, documentation, and approval workflows. - Regularly update the CRM system with accurate and timely information. Qualification Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering - 5-10 years of proven sales experience - Strong knowledge of LV switchgear products and market dynamics - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset - Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales reporting - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and strong analytical skills for utilizing resources to build business.
