Job Title: Sales Engineer- Fresher

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head

Salary: Starting from 15,000/-

Location: Vesu, Surat

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers in fabrication, PEB, heavy

engineering, and allied industries

• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate CNC drilling

machine solutions

• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and technical product

demonstrations

• Coordinate with internal design and technical teams to develop accurate proposals

and quotations

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in line with company policies and margins

• Maintain CRM systems, update sales reports, and document customer

interactions regularly

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and product seminars

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

• Provide market feedback to internal teams on customer needs, competitors, and product

performance

Skills Competencies:

• Proven experience in sales of capital equipment or CNC machinery is highly

desirable

• Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines and industrial manufacturing

applications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a result-oriented mindset

• Willingness to travel as required for client visits and business development

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools

Preferred Qualities:

• Passion for engineering and technology

• Target-driven with a focus on meeting sales goals and deadlines

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple and persuasive manner.
