Sales Engineer (Capital Equipment)

Job Description As a Sales Engineer at Ralsonics, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales of capital equipment. Your responsibilities will include: - Visiting industrial customers such as OEMs, Tier 1s, and SMEs to understand application requirements and propose suitable solutions. - Building strong relationships with purchase, maintenance, production, and project teams at client sites. - Collaborating with the Proposals Engineer to develop custom technical-commercial offers. - Conducting product demos, presentations, and site surveys as needed. - Following up on proposals, addressing customer queries, and managing negotiation and closure processes. - Tracking competitor offerings, pricing trends, and customer feedback. - Maintaining accurate lead and opportunity data in CRM. - Coordinating with marketing and support teams to generate leads and collaterals. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field. - Minimum 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales of capital goods, industrial machinery, or automation systems. - Experience in selling to manufacturing plants, OEMs, or EPCs. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and demos. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and preferably one regional language.
