Sales Engineer

• Achieve individual sales target
• Meet architects, consultants, PMCs, and clients to pitch solutions
• Generate 10+ quality enquiries/month
• Conduct 4+ client visits per day via cold calls or appointments
• Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure timely collections from ongoing projects

Sales Manager

• Drive regional sales targets and team performance
• Optimize job margins and ensure favorable payment terms
• Guide and support team across all zones of the region
• Monitor competitor activity and report market trends
• Build lasting relationships to ensure repeat business
• Resolve client concerns and ensure high satisfaction
• Lead payment collections and project follow-ups

Who Should Apply?

• BE/BTech in Civil or Mechanical (Mandatory)
• 2–5 years of proven experience in PEB / Construction / Building Materials
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for business development
• Own vehicle is a must
