Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales leads through networking and professional contacts.
• Identify customer requirements and offer tailored automation solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate terms, finalize orders, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Maintain and grow the company’s market presence.
• Participate in regular sales review meetings.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Travel as required within the sales territory.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a 

  Sales Engineer

   in the 

  Automation / Electrical industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of 

  Industrial Automation Products

   such as 

  Sensors, PLCs, Drives, Switchgear, MCC, PCC, SCADA, and DCS

  .
• Capable of generating leads, preparing estimates/offers, and closing sales independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
• Experience in vendor and client management is preferred.
