Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach.

• Identify and engage potential clients in the automation industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing automation solutions.

• Report sales performance and market insights to senior management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automation.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of automation technologies and their applications.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
