We are seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to support our business expansion in India. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing sales activities, bridging the gap between the engineering and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with customers to identify needs, propose solutions, and drive business growth.
1. Presales & Technical Support
I. Collaborate with the India sales team to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations.
II. Provide technical input for RFPs/RFQs and ensure proposed solutions meet client needs.
III. Coordinate with internal engineering or product teams to tailor solutions for customers.
2. Sales Development
I. Support sales planning and pipeline management to achieve sales targets.
II. Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
3. After-Sales Collaboration
Work closely with the service/support team to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
