Job Description

Training, Content, and Performance
Your daily focus will be maximizing sales team productivity and effectiveness Training & Onboarding Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs (new hire onboarding and ongoing education) covering product knowledge, competitor analysis, and best practices for sales techniques Content Management Create, curate, and maintain a centralized library of sales collateral (presentations, case studies, battle cards, email templates) ensuring accuracy and ease of access for the sales team Process Optimization Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement technology or training solutions to improve efficiency and reduce the time from lead-to-close Metrics & Reporting Track and analyze key sales enablement KPIs (e g , content utilization, sales cycle length, win rates) to measure the impact of enablement initiatives and drive future strategy Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the liaison between the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure messaging consistency and equip the sales team with talking points for new features and offerings Candidate Requirements Mandatory Experience 1+ years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Training is essential Sales Proficiency Must be comfortable and experienced with the e-commerce sales environment, understanding B2B sales cycles and common objections Content Creation Skills Strong ability to create engaging and effective training materials and sales tools across various media (slides, video scripts, documents) Tech Savvy Familiarity with CRM systems (e g , Salesforce, HubSpot) and Sales Enablement platforms (e g , Highspot, Seismic, or internal LMS systems) is a significant advantage Work Environment Must be a highly motivated self-starter comfortable thriving in a remote, independent, and high-performance setting Technical Setup Requirements (Remote) A dedicated personal computer or laptop (i5 processor or modern equivalent) A stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and upload speed) A quiet, professional workspace suitable for conducting clear, uninterrupted training sessions and video meetings Why Join TalentPop App Incentive Pay Opportunity to earn commissions and performance bonuses in addition to your base salary Work Flexibility 100% permanent work-from-home setupzero commute required Benefits Comprehensive health coverage (HMO or monthly stipend) and paid time off Growth Clear paths for career advancement and professional skill development within a supportive team APPLICATION FAST-TRACK IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED!
